Refund Policy
Posh Artsy Supplies will always offer a refund if the bought goods are delivered damaged or spoiled. Our policy lasts for 14 days, if 14 days have gone by since the delivered date then unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The items must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you're approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Only regular sale items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you should mail your product to 27 Slim Dusty Circuit, Moncrieff ACT 2914. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your returning item, Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you're shipping items over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Electrical Products Warranty & Returns Policy (Australian Consumer Law Compliant)
Warranty Coverage
All electrical products sold by Posh Artsy Supplies come with a 6-month warranty from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers manufacturing faults and detects under normal professional use.
What is Covered Under Warranty
A product may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or store credit if it:
- Stops functioning due to a manufacturing fault
- Fails under normal and intended use
- Has an electrical fault not caused by misuse, power issues, or external damage
Each claim will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
What is NOT COVERED Under Warranty
The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect use, neglect, or misuse
- Damage caused by dropping, liquid exposure, or improper storage
- Power surges, incorrect voltage, or use with incompatible adapters
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Commercial misuse outside of recommended use guidelines
Products that show signs of the above will be deemed outside warranty.
Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, customers must:
- Contact us with proof of purchase
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Supply photos or videos if requested
If approved, the product may be:
- Repaired
- Replaced with the same or equivalent product
- Issued store credit at our discretion
Replacement & Warranty Period
- Replacement products do not reset or extend the original warranty period
- The warranty continues from the original purchase date, not the replacement date
Outside of Warranty
If a product is assessed as being outside of warranty, we are not obligated to provide a replacement, repair, or credit. Any goodwill resolutions are offered at our discretion.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or non-faulty products. However, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Under ACL:
- If a product has major failure, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or store credit.
- If a product has minor failure, we may choose to repair, replace, or issue a store credit.
Where permitted by law, remedies will be provided in the form of store credit.
