EMERGENCY OVERVIEW – Appearance: White or off-white powder

Potential Health Effects – Inhalation: Possible temporary discomfort due to inhalation of dust concentration above the permissible exposure limit. Dust may cause irritation of the nose, throat, and lungs.

Skin: Irritation of the skin can occur and may result in allergic rash

Eyes: High concentration can irritate the eyes, may cause eye irritation or damage.

Inhalation: In case of exposure to a high concentration of vapour or mist, remove person to fresh air.  If breathing has stopped, administer artificial respiration, and seek medical attention.

Skin: Remove contaminated clothing and wash contact area with soap and water for 15 minutes. Particular attention should be paid to the hair, face, nose, ears, and other areas not easily cleaned.

Eyes: Flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.

Ingestion: If appreciable quantities are swallowed, seek medical attention.

General Hazards: Product will support combustion. Products of combustion will include compounds of carbon, nitrogen and oxygen including carbon monoxide.
